B: Well, they’re under a lot of pressure to look perfect.
A: Well, they don’t look perfect. In fact, it looks really really obvious that they’ve had surgery. I wouldn’t have plastic surgery even if it was free.
B: What if you were a celebrity and under constant pressure to look young?
A: Still no.
