A: There’s a charge on my credit card that I don’t recognize on Nov 19th.
B: There’s a November 19th charge for $38.00.
A: I bought something on November 19th but it was only around $19.00.
B: It looks like they charged you for it twice. You’ll have to contact the vendor. I’m sure they’ll be happy to remove the extra charge.
